Just accept them and let them pass.
Don’t try to force them away or replace them with ‘positive’ right there and then.
If you have to, skip a day or two of your morning routine.
Don’t fight your emotions, they are there to be felt and experienced.
I know, it’s a fundamental mindset shift but think about it.
We, as human beings, are here to experience the world.
We have all those emotions for a reason – to feel them.
