Step 3: Your Homework

This module was one of the most important things you will ever learn.

I encourage you to go through it again in a couple of weeks.

Now, let’s add another powerful layer to your routine.

We don’t want to make your morning routine too complicated so we’ll do this one in the evenings, right before going to bed.
I want you to take you gratitude journal (you do have one, don’t you?) and divide the page into three sections

1. Awesome things that happened today that you are grateful for

2. Seemingly bad things that happened today and I want you to feel gratitude towards them and write how they will make you a better person

3. Things that haven’t happened yet (your vision) and you are grateful for

Do this every evening.

But remember, all of this should take no more than 5 minutes.

If it takes too long, you’ll soon start skipping it and drop it altogether.

So, by now you have your morning routine and now we added a small evening routine.

Both of them shouldn’t take more than 20 minutes.

Something magical will happen, though…

As soon as you get comfortable doing this for 5 minutes every evening you will naturally want to expand to 10, 15 and 20 minutes.

By all means, do that but make sure it happens naturally and you don’t force it.

Until then, 5 minutes is a great start.
