I would like you to add a little something to your daily routine.
First, create a list of all the blockers that you’ve identified so far (and continue to update it when you find new ones).
Then, add 2-3 minutes of just one session of tapping.
Attack only one blocker a day.
If it doesn’t work, continue with the same one the next day.
That’s it, just 2-3 extra minutes a day.
